Autodesk Civil 3D supports a wide range of civil engineering tasks and creates intelligent relationships between objects. Students use feature lines and grading tools to create a commercial site containing a parking lot, building pad, pond and a simple sewage lagoon system with an outfall structure and piping. An existing road has been included in the survey and a survey team collected the existing conditions. A comma delimited ASCII coordinate file in a Point number, Northing, Easting, Elevation, Description format is provided.
